LISKEARD LIGHTS UP - SATURDAY 1ST DECEMBER
Lots of things to do and see as part of the Nadelk Lyskerrys celebrations, including following a town trail. Hunt the
White Stag in the Christmas window displays, learn how
to answer simple questions in Cornish and collect
Holly Berry stickers. A completed Holly Leaf card gets you a celebratory Cakey Tea at the Public Hall.
5.30pm
Lights Up Procession leaves the Cattle Market Car Park
to process around the town centre to The Parade for the official turning on of the Christmas lights
and a celebratory firework display.
From 7.00pm
A Cornish Feast in Liskeard Public Hall, with the opportunity
to purchase food and drink and enjoy musical entertainment and join in with Cornish dancing.
SANTAS ON A BIKE - SATURDAY 1ST DECEMBER
Charity Bike Ride in aid of Little Harbour Children's Hospice.
The ride sets off from Plymouth at 12:15pm and is expected
to pass through Liskeard at 1:45pm
