(11th May 2020) We will be continuing to operate a locked door policy with no clients coming into the building at present. Our phone lines remain very busy, you may find it easier to submit less urgent inquiries to us by email during our normal opening hours. If you are attending the practice for an emergency or urgent appointment, please contact us by telephone or visually through our reception window to inform reception of your arrival. The Vet will then make contact at a safe distance in the car park before taking your animal inside the practice for their examination and treatment. Please remember to bring a mobile phone and lead/secure pet carrier with you as appropriate.
